How do I place an exchange request on aspets.in?

To exchange a product, you can contact us through mobile or send us email stating why you want to exchange the product and attach pictures in case of any damage. However the exchange request should be placed within 7 days of order delivery. Please note that the product should be unused and the original package with invoice and receipt should be retained. Exchange will be done only if the product is damaged. Once we have received the product and investigated it we will initiate your request from our side.
